    Founder, CEO, & Executive Producer

    As Founder and Executive Producer of Rainbow Creative, Matthew (MoJo) Jones has built an acclaimed studio producing multiple award-winning podcasts, spanning across hundreds of episodes, over 30+ shows with a relentless obsession on flawless production, a strategic go-to-market strategy, and a relentless focus on long-term audience growth with monetization.

    Driven by audience impact, empathetic production, while navigating an evolving market - MoJo is a seasoned producer and a creative leader - with 15+ years of experience spanning across: content creation, sales, marketing, and media production. 

    His career transcends brands and platforms including: Disney, Apple, WeWork, Red Table Talk Podcasts, and The School of Greatness Podcast. His work further extends into comedy, partnering with Original Productions (a Fremantle company) to be the Show Runner with his team over multiple original YouTube comedy series. 

    Through every project, MoJo brings clarity, a creative vision, a sense of refinement, and a commitment to an unapologetic legacy to empower every client’s dream.

    Senior Producer & Project Manager

    Passionate about people and the pursuit of happiness, Rithu Jagannath is an experienced producer with nearly nine years of experience in audio production, content creation, media, marketing, and project management.

    From collaborating with organizations like Public Radio Exchange, TED Audio Collective and Everything Podcasts to igniting the storytelling spark in local businesses, start-ups, and influencers, she is here to amplify voices, spark connections, and foster authentic narratives. She’s worked on shows like How to Be A Better Human, Re:Thinking with Adam Grant, Sapiens and more.

    She has returned to back to her day one, Rainbow Creative to collaborate on multiple projects this year. Her excellence brings the best in Rainbow Creative to life.

    Lead Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

    An adept video editor with a flair for vivid storytelling, Nathan brings over five years of experience in video production to the table. His passion lies in transforming narratives into dynamic digital experiences. Skilled in the intricate arts of motion graphics, voiceovers, and audio mixing, he specializes in breathing life into stories, ensuring they resonate deeply with their audience. At the heart of his craft is a dedication to making every frame count, whether it's through a meticulously edited video or a perfectly synced soundtrack. His journey in video editing isn't just about cutting and splicing; it's about telling the stories of the extraordinary people all around us.

    Editor, GFX, & Cinematography

    DL Agency is a high end marketing agency founded in 2019, specializing in luxury brand positioning and digital strategy. They work with iconic names such as Dolce & Gabbana, Fairmont, Four Seasons, Maura Wasescha and Passione Ferrari, transforming visibility into influence and brands into status.

    Mattia Legrenzi is a professional videographer, photographer and editor from Italy, specializing in high-level brands. He delivers premium visual content using top-tier, high-end equipment, crafting images and films designed to elevate brand perception and communicate excellence.

  • Omar Foaud

    Editor

    Omar is a video editor working on the Jeanette Jenkins Show with 5+ years of experience, focused on creating engaging short-form content that actually drives views, retention, and engagement for brands and companies.

    Previously worked on 3D animation projects and earned Best Animation Film for “Mannequin” at the Alexandria Short Animations 32nd round, bringing a strong visual and cinematic eye into every piece. Passionate about video editing and storytelling-driven edits, always aiming to make every cut, transition, and beat serve the story first.

    Director of Sales

    Shane Thornton serves as Director of Sales at Rainbow Creative, where he brings a design-driven mindset, strategic leadership, and a client-first philosophy to a rapidly evolving creative landscape. With a career rooted in thoughtful negotiation, relationship-building, and high-caliber service, Shane is focused on aligning innovative brands with solutions that turn vision into reality.

    In his role, Shane leads sales strategy and client partnerships with a focus on long-term value, transparency, and results. He works closely with creative and production teams to ensure each client experience reflects Rainbow Creative’s core belief: that great ideas deserve equally great execution.

    By combining trust, precision, and creative excellence, he helps Rainbow Creative empower clients to build, launch, and grow with confidence.

  • Emma Webb

    Producer & Editor

    Emma Webb serves as a producer and editor on the Rainbow Creative team and is a 3rd year journalism major at Ohio University with a focus in podcast production and audio journalism.  Her passion for podcasts spans so many different kinds of experiences. From producing for her local NPR station in high school, to being an NPR Moth Radio Hour Storyteller, and now collaborating with the Being Jewish with Jonah Platt podcast and Rainbow Creative team – this is her dream. Beyond the podcast world, Emma has been the lead singer in multiple bands for the past 10 years and has her own podcast called Make Me a Mensch.

  • Sasha Nelson

    Producer

    Sasha Nelson is a Podcast Producer and Story Editor with experience across development, production, and post-production. She currently works as a Production Intern for Jonah Platt, supporting Being Jewish with Jonah Platt, and serves as a Story Producer on Stay Chic NY for Rainbow Creative, where she helps craft episode narratives and guide overall story structure.

    Sasha is a Business Economics major at UCLA, where she is actively involved in the digital sketch comedy group “Shenanigans”.

  • Xavier Adetula

    Rainbow Creative Producer Mentee

    Xavier is a media producer, on-air host, and multimedia storyteller with experience across live production, feature creation, and sports broadcasting. He is the creator and host of Coin Toss, a sports radio show turned livestream, where he breaks down major sports stories with sharp analysis and authentic perspective.

    Xavier has produced original sports features and multimedia packages at Montclair State University, including a spotlight on the football program’s historic 500th win. Whether working behind the camera, at the microphone, or in the editing suite, he brings energy, clarity, and purpose to every project. His work is driven by a passion for storytelling and a goal of creating content that informs, entertains, and connects with audiences.

    Lead Graphic Designer

    Mohamed has been into graphic design for more than eight years now. He's really passionate about turning ideas into awesome visuals. He's worked with all sorts of clients, helping them stand out and connect with people. Oh, and when he's not designing, he loves painting and playing video games.

    Kiro is a graphic designer and visual artist. For more than 10 years, he has been known for his clean aesthetics, strong sense of composition, and ability to turn ideas into visually striking designs. He weaves branding, visual identity, and creative storytelling into every project, blending artistry and strategy to create designs that are both beautiful and purposeful. His work spans both print and digital media, focusing on clarity, emotion, and meaningful visual impact. Alongside his graphic design expertise, Kiro incorporates a refined touch of UI/UX thinking to ensure his visuals not only look great but also feel intuitive and user-friendly.
